Listing your home with me takes the worry of selling your home off of your shoulders. I’ll handle all queries about your home and assist you in negotiating the best possible price for your home. This will all be done at a flat rate versus a percentage.

I appreciate your time in seeing how I can save you money while listing your home. You've worked hard for the equity in your home and by listing it with me, you get to keep more of it for yourself.

The table above is an example of what you can save on the listing side of your Real Estate agreement. This does not take into account the buyer's agent commission and all figures are approximates based on my flat fee versus a typical listing side fee of 3%. Not all Realtors list at 3% so your savings may vary. If your home is not listed in this range, please contact me for your flat rate listing.

With my flat rate listing fee and a Metro Brokers sign in your yard, you are assured great exposure for your home. I will hold regular open houses and I advertise on many different online venues.

OKMAR MLS - Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors. This puts your home in front of over 3000 metro area Realtors.

Norman MLS - The Norman board is compromised of professional Realtors dedicated to selling your home.

Realtor.com - This nationally recognized and advertised site gets over 15 million hits per month; people from all over the United States are searching for homes in our area through this portal.

CentralOklahomaProperties.com - This public site allows the general public to search properties in the Oklahoma City area. This site is operated by the Oklahoma City Metro association of Realtors.

Home and Land Magazine - Great free publication that features central Oklahoma Real Estate. Also has a searchable online presence. Your home will be in the print magazine and the online version.

OpenHouseOK.com - Tour sight that puts pictures of your home in front of perspective buyers. This is a great way to give a tour of your home without having to open your front door.

Facebook - Possibly the most popular social media site ever. I have a page that features all of my listings as well as photos and updates.

Zillow - Great Real Estate search site. Search for homes as well as get neighborhood information and pricing trends.

Trulia - Trulia is a top-searched residential real estate search engine for property listings nationwide. This website also helps home buyers and sellers research current real estate trends, neighborhood information and more.

OklahomaDreams.com – my personal website which houses a featured listings section. Anytime I advertise, OklahomaDreams.com is mentioned to help drive traffic to the site and to your home. I can add as many pictures and videos here as needed to help get the story of your home out there.

OK4Free.com - Local classified ad provided by KFOR tv. A great place to see local properties for sale.

ThumbTack.com - This is a great local site where you can find trusted local businesses. Click here to see my listings on Thumbtack.com

Craigslist - Online sales site that specializes in the major metro areas. From homes to land, to electronics, Craigslist is a place to advertise.

Backpage - Another great online sales site that specializes in the major metro areas. Your home will rotate in the featured home section to maximize exposure.
