Using my Featured Listings and Free MLS Search, we will find the perfect home for you. Look through as many as you want to. There is no charge to use either of these services. I can also search for you. Just let me know what you can't live without and I'll send you a list of homes as soon as they come available. These free custom listing alerts are no charge to you.
Arranging visits –
I will take the hassle of arranging visits to the homes of your choice off of your shoulders. Let me make the calls for you and we’ll go see each one you want to. All you have to do is find the perfect home using the tools I provide or by letting me search for you.
Making an offer –
Is the home priced right? Can I get help with my closing costs? What is earnest money? Will I pay too much? I will run a competitive market analysis to determine what other homes in the area are selling for and help you put together a winning offer.
Getting an Inspection –
Once your offer is accepted, I will help organize each needed inspection. From termites to overall building health, inspections will help ensure your dream home does not become a nightmare.
Closing the deal –
Ok, we’ve made an offer; the inspections have come back clean, now what? I will arrange the close for you. All you will have to do is show up to sign the papers. I will also accompany you to the closing to answer any questions you may have during the process.
